We ship Priority USPS mail from our Ivy Moon Studio Warehouse. Your order should arrive in 2-6 business days depending on your location.

Items must be picked up within 20 days of ordering. Unless something has been arranged with our team in advance.

we try our best to be return-friendly. We love our product *as we hope you do* and want to stand behind it and make sure that you end up with items that you truly enjoy. To make the return process easy, please follow these little rules:

  • All sale items are final sale.
  • All items sold at a discount or promotion - are for in-store exchange only.
  • Any items purchased must be returned within 14 days of receiving item(s).
  • All returns must be unworn + unwashed + unused, with tags attached.
  • Any damages to product must be reported within (2) days of receiving the product(s). Garments must still have tags attached.
  • Include the original receipt with the items you wish to return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake make on our end.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment used.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns based on the quality it has been received in. Please save time and return postage costs by making sure there are no stains or odors (good or bad) prior to mailing your return!

Due to our quick turnaround we cannot offer exchanges. The easiest method of receiving a different size/style is to place a completely new order on shopivymoon.com, and return the item(s) that did not work out. You can process an exchange in-store as well.
